Our goal is to educate our members to become functional & healthy human beings. We share our experience and knowledge of how the body works and moves with our members, so they too can learn and implement this into their everyday lives. 

Our community-driven, Dunedin gym offers Coaching/Personal Training, Group Fitness Classes and Nutrition Coaching.
