Our Group Fitness Classes are specifically designed to enhance your everyday life, having you moving and feeling better. From functional strength training and high-energy cardio to improving mobility, stability and posture, catering to all ages and abilities. 

 

Run like Semi-Personal Training sessions, our classes are tailored to our members, with hands-on coaches that focus on technique whilst challenging and supporting you. You will learn and develop new skills, achieve goals and leave each class feeling uplifted and energized!
